What you provide
The quotation form collects your name, email address, company if provided, country or destination, product category, quantity if provided, project requirements and an optional HTTPS drawing link. We use this information to review, respond to and follow up on your request.
Please provide only the information needed for the inquiry. Do not submit identity documents, bank information, confidential customer data or drawings that you are not authorized to share. The website does not accept file uploads, and the form service does not automatically open submitted drawing links.
Hosting, spam prevention and notifications
This website uses Cloudflare to host the site, store inquiry records in D1 and check form submissions through Turnstile. These services process technical information such as IP addresses and browser signals for delivery and abuse prevention. Our rate limits use a keyed digest of the network address rather than storing the raw address in the inquiry record.
Resend is used to send inquiry notifications to our configured sales mailbox. The notification contains the submitted contact and project information. Our current contact and receiving mailbox uses Zoho Mail. These providers may process information in countries outside your location.
Cloudflare collects page performance metrics, such as loading times, to help assess how the website performs. We do not use advertising trackers. The fonts are hosted with the site. Turnstile may use its own technical storage or signals when checking a submission.
Access, retention and your choices
Inquiry records and notifications are used by the people handling your procurement request. Relevant requirements may be shared with potential suppliers when needed for a quotation; tell us about confidentiality restrictions before sharing sensitive technical details.
We keep restricted-access backups of inquiry records on a controlled computer and in Google Drive so records can be recovered if needed.
Records are retained for inquiry follow-up and related commercial recordkeeping. A fixed automatic deletion schedule has not yet been established. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry information by emailing the contact above. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained.
Submitting a form is not an opt-in to automated marketing. The initial website does not send automatic customer replies. A reference shown after submission confirms that the inquiry was recorded; it does not confirm that an email reached a mailbox.
