Identify the components, accessories and documents required, together with any equipment integration or site-work responsibilities.

Supplier proposals are reviewed against the requested material grade, product standard, finish, inspection requirements and packing.

The quotation should identify the goods, quantities, specification basis, commercial terms and assumptions. Proposed alternatives require technical review and acceptance against the purchase specification.

Include inspection requirements before production or procurement begins. We can discuss material records, dimensional checks, surface treatment verification and pre-shipment inspection with the relevant supplier.

Test procedures, witness points, third-party involvement and acceptance criteria are agreed for the order. Certificates and reports must relate to the actual goods supplied.

Specify shipping marks, component identification, handling limits and packing requirements. Include container constraints and any required document format or language.

Responsibility for transport, customs clearance, installation and commissioning is defined by the written order and selected delivery terms.
