Supply scope
BoGuan supplies equipment for power distribution and energy projects, together with installation and operational support. The range covers solar PV modules, energy storage equipment, distribution cabinets and transformers. Transmission towers, substation columns and gantries remain part of our structural supply scope. Electrical and structural items are defined in separate schedules, with their interfaces coordinated for the project.
Transmission towers
Tower steelwork and associated components for line projects. Define the tower references, quantities, drawing revisions and required supply breakdown so individual tower types remain traceable throughout the inquiry.
Substation structures & gantries
Steel columns, lattice supports, crossbeams and connection components for substation arrangements. Approved layout and interface information help align the structural package with the electrical equipment plan.
Electrical distribution cabinets
Cabinet configuration is based on the single-line diagram and circuit schedule. Key specifications include rated voltage and current, required short-circuit ratings, protection and metering, enclosure requirements and cable entry arrangements.
Solar PV modules
PV module selection covers rated output, quantity, module dimensions, mounting limits and electrical interfaces. Identify whether the package is for modules only or also needs other system components, so each included item is clear in the quotation.
Energy storage equipment
Storage configuration starts with the intended use, required power in kW and energy capacity in kWh. Connection voltage, indoor or outdoor location, operating requirements and the included battery, conversion and control equipment define the proposed package.
Transformers
Transformer specifications include rated capacity in kVA, primary and secondary voltages, frequency and number of phases. Include the installation conditions, cooling arrangement and vector group where specified, together with required tests and documentation.
Installation, commissioning & support
Solar PV modules, storage equipment, distribution cabinets and transformers can be supplied with installation, commissioning, operator training and after-sales service. The project proposal defines site work, interfaces, acceptance checks, training, spare parts and warranty terms.
Information for quotation
Include the following details where available. Mark any requirements that still need to be confirmed.
- Application & equipment schedule
- Identify the intended use, equipment quantities and destination. List specified ratings, dimensions, applicable standards and any owner approval requirements. Mark undecided items for technical review.
- Drawings & schedules
- Include single-line diagrams, equipment schedules, site layouts and structural drawings where available. Mark the revision and distinguish confirmed purchase information from preliminary layouts.
- Site & system interfaces
- Describe installation space, operating conditions, available connections and existing equipment. For storage, state the application and operating profile; for PV, identify the mounting arrangement and other system components required.
- Inspection & acceptance
- Define equipment tests, technical documents, inspection records and acceptance criteria for the order. Structural items may also require material, dimensional and coating checks. Identify any witness or release stages.
- Delivery & service arrangements
- State the delivery sequence and installation, commissioning, training and after-sales requirements. Identify local site preparation, utilities and connection work, plus the document language, spare parts and warranty terms required.
Scope & specifications
Final equipment ratings, dimensions, included components and services are defined in the quotation and technical agreement. Site responsibilities, electrical design, grid connection and local approvals are agreed with the relevant project parties. Equipment supply does not by itself establish approval for a complete connected system.
