Supply scope

A telecom tower inquiry should describe both the main structure and the items it carries. BoGuan coordinates tower and component sourcing against project drawings and specifications. For a new site, include the site brief and equipment schedule; for an extension or replacement, include the existing structure details. Keeping the structure, mounting arrangement and connection hardware within one controlled document set supports a more complete technical review.

Main tower structure

Define the required tower configuration and geometry through the project drawing set. Identify structural members, segment references and quantities, together with the specified materials and connection arrangements.

Platforms & access components

Set out platform elevations and the required ladder or access arrangement. List the included components and their interfaces so access provisions can be reviewed with the project requirements.

Antenna & equipment supports

Provide mounting elevations, orientations and equipment interface drawings. Identify each support, bracket or frame by reference and distinguish initial equipment from any specified future mounting provision.

Finish & shipment preparation

State the required corrosion protection, component marking and packing groups. Specify any trial assembly, dimensional inspection or release documentation to be considered before the supply is agreed.

Information for quotation

Include the following details where available. Mark any requirements that still need to be confirmed.

Site criteria
Send the location and applicable design basis, including project-defined loading and environmental requirements. Identify the engineer or project party responsible for structural approval.
Drawings & quantities
Supply the general arrangement, component drawings and bill of materials. Mark the current revision, number of towers and any differences between sites.
Mounted equipment
List equipment positions and relevant manufacturer data. Include cable support and other attachments where they form part of the specified tower arrangement.
Delivery interfaces
Define the foundation connection, packing identification and destination. State whether hardware and access items must be grouped for each tower or shipped separately.

Scope & specifications

Supply is defined by the agreed drawings and specification. Structural calculations, foundation design, active equipment, installation and commissioning are included only when expressly agreed with the responsible parties.
