Supply scope
Accessories need the same purchasing clarity as the principal steelwork. BoGuan accepts inquiries for high-strength bolts, FRP radomes and related tower components. A part schedule should define the exact item, its mating interface and the required documentation. For components attached to an existing structure or equipment package, provide the original reference and applicable drawing so any proposed item can be checked before ordering.
Structural fasteners
Inquiries for bolts and matching connection hardware. Specify the governing standard, size, length, grade, finish and assembly requirements instead of relying only on a general product description.
FRP radomes
Project-specific radome inquiries for antenna enclosures. Define geometry, mounting interfaces, environmental conditions and the equipment-related performance requirements that the proposed enclosure must satisfy.
Tower accessories
Coordinate supports, brackets and other drawing-defined components with the tower package. Shared assembly references help clarify which accessories are included and where they are intended to fit.
Replacement component requests
Submit dimensions, item codes and drawings for replacement parts. Include photographs as supporting information and identify the existing assembly, required quantity and reason for replacement.
Information for quotation
Include the following details where available. Mark any requirements that still need to be confirmed.
- Item identification
- Provide a bill of materials with part references, quantities and drawing revisions. State whether quantities include matching nuts, washers or other assembly components.
- Material & finish
- Specify material, fastener grade or composite requirements as applicable. Define the surface treatment and any compatibility requirements at the connection to adjoining parts.
- Performance & records
- For FRP items, supply the required performance criteria and test evidence. For fasteners, state the certification, identification and inspection requirements for the intended application.
- Packing & allocation
- Identify whether items should be packed by tower, assembly or bulk quantity. Include labeling preferences and the destination so accessories can follow the project delivery plan.
Scope & specifications
Fastener grades and FRP properties are confirmed for the proposed item. Radome suitability depends on the specified equipment and verified performance; appearance or material name alone does not establish compatibility.
