Supply scope
BoGuan provides equipment and project support for steel processing and production. Start with the incoming material, the finished product and the process you need. We use these requirements to define the equipment package and the installation, commissioning, operator training and after-sales services for your project.
Coil slitting lines
For cutting wide coil into narrower strips. Include the material grade, thickness and width range, coil weight and diameters, required strip widths and tolerances. Add recoiling and handling requirements where already defined.
Cut-to-length & leveling lines
For leveling coil and cutting it into sheets or plates. State the incoming coil specifications, finished lengths, flatness and length tolerances, surface requirements and stacking or packing arrangement.
Welded tube & pipe lines
Define the tube or pipe material, cross-section, dimensions, wall thickness and finished length. Include the intended application, product standard, welding process if specified, and required sizing, cutting and inspection stages.
Roll forming lines
Provide the finished profile drawing, material and thickness range, dimensional tolerances and required lengths. Identify punching, notching, cutting and profile-change requirements so tooling and line configuration can be reviewed together.
Rolling equipment & lines
Identify the incoming stock, finished product and whether hot or cold rolling is required. Include input and output dimensions, material grades, target production rate and any upstream or downstream equipment interfaces.
Scrap recycling equipment
Describe the incoming steel scrap, its size and condition, the processing steps required and the intended output. Include target throughput, material handling needs and the site layout to define the equipment package.
Installation, commissioning & support
We provide a coordinated service covering equipment supply, installation, commissioning, operator training and after-sales support. The proposal identifies the included work, site preparations, personnel, training arrangements, spare parts and warranty terms for the project.
Other machinery inquiries
We also accept inquiries for laser cutting machines, automation equipment, water pumps, packaging machinery, agricultural machinery and special-purpose elevating work platforms. Describe the application, operating conditions and required support so the scope can be reviewed.
Information for quotation
Include the following details where available. Mark any requirements that still need to be confirmed.
- Input material & finished product
- Provide material grades, input dimensions and condition, finished-product drawings, dimensions and tolerances. Include representative product combinations rather than unrelated minimum and maximum values.
- Process & production target
- Identify the required process stages, target output, shift pattern and product changes. State whether the request is for a new line, an upgrade or equipment that must connect to an existing operation.
- Site, utilities & interfaces
- Include destination, available floor space, electrical supply, utilities and handling arrangements. Identify existing equipment and control interfaces, plus any local requirements that the project must meet.
- Acceptance & documentation
- Define trial materials, acceptance criteria and any tests required before shipment or at site. Include operating-document language, drawings, inspection records and training requirements.
- Delivery & support scope
- State the requested schedule and support needed for installation, commissioning, training and after-sales service. Identify site preparation, lifting, utilities and other work to be provided locally. Specify spare-parts and warranty requirements for the quotation.
Scope & specifications
Equipment configuration, production targets, site responsibilities, service arrangements and warranty terms are agreed in the technical proposal and written order. Published process categories do not specify a model or guaranteed output. Scrap recycling here refers to equipment projects; any scrap trading or collection arrangement requires a separate inquiry.
